Timeless Bauhaus bedside table in well preserved original condition – most likely to be attributed to the company Vichr & Spol from the Czech Republic of the 30s to 40s. The surface shows some signs of use or veneer damage, especially in the area below the cabinet door. The wood painting on these bedside cabinets is usually very poorly preserved, so a new varnish has not yet been applied. There are a few burst marks on the glass plate – it can either be put on directly or with the metal plate with graining underneath, which is also still original.
The chrome of the tubular steel frame is almost flawless and shows only minimal patina. Dimensions (approx.): height 65,0cm – width 45,0cm – depth 41,5cm
